READING, PA (August 16, 2005) - Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. introduced the Fleet InSite™ system today - an easy-to-use, low-cost vehicle tracking system that enables customers to locate their trucks quickly via the Fleet InSite Web site.

Fleet InSite applies GPS and cellular technology to quickly and easily locate vehicles, on-demand. Fleet managers can locate, or "ping", a vehicle and access its location history including the date, time, speed, latitude/longitude, travel direction and address for each time it has been pinged.

"Fleet InSite broadens our suite of technology offerings that improve customer satisfaction, enhance fleet security and maximize productivity," says Jim Feenstra, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Penske Truck Leasing. "The technology allows customers to be only a point and click away from information such as how close a driver is to delivering product or where a vehicle is stopped."

Penske partnered with Enhanced Vehicle Applications (EVA) of Green Bay, Wis. to source the technology hardware and manage the development and deployment of the Web-based solution. Greg Taisto, President of EVA, comments, "We are excited to work with Penske as its vision for Fleet InSite materializes, and we are dedicated to supporting the company's commitment to exceeding its customers' expectations."

Fleet InSite costs as low as $10 per month, including hardware and installation, and charges may be included as part of the vehicle lease. In addition, customers are able to determine how many times they plan to locate their vehicles and pay only for the access that they need.

"Last year we launched the Fleet I.Q.® system, Penske's fleet management system which integrates XATA applications and our extranet for sophisticated performance reporting, and we've been very pleased with its success," Feenstra said. "However, a number of customers expressed that they simply want the ability to locate their vehicles and Fleet InSite was developed to address that need."

Fleet InSite is immediately available to Penske's full service lease customers throughout North America. Fleet InSite for Penske contract maintenance customers will be available shortly.

Enhanced Vehicle Applications is a technology company that designs, manufactures and markets asset management products and services. The company's experience and focus is in wireless data communications with several patents and proprietary designs. EVA currently offers these services and technology through the CyntrX™ product line, a web based on-demand-location™ solution which allows customers the ability to monitor their assets throughout North America as well as generate custom profiles and reports via the network.
