Stay In Control With Real-Time Visibility, Business Insights and Analytics

Managing data in real time can help fleet operators aiming to maximize efficiency, reduce costs and enhance safety. Fleets have access to more data than ever before, and Penske is pulling multiple data points together in its Fleet Insight platform that customers can use to get a holistic view of operations together in one place.
Information at a Glance
Customers can review key performance indicators, get real-time status updates, run reports and manage fleet operations. Key areas include:
Billing and Invoicing: Users can access billing information 24/7, giving them information on current and upcoming invoices. They can also ask questions on an upcoming invoice and sign off on repairs, streamlining financial management and ensuring up-to-date information on fleet-related expenses.
Maintenance Management: Fleet Insight provides the maintenance status of the fleet, provides alerts for preventive maintenance, and displays the status of vehicles undergoing service so fleet managers always know exactly what is happening with each piece of equipment. Users can also confirm or reschedule service, helping to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.
Roadside Assistance: In the event of a breakdown, fleet managers can request roadside assistance from Fleet Insight. Plus, Fleet Insight offers real-time updates on roadside assistance requests, keeping managers informed throughout the resolution process.
Run a Wide Range of Reports
Users can run more than 20 reports on a wide range of topics, including fuel consumption, preventive maintenance compliance and rental history, to get even greater insights into fleet operations.
The reports default to the current month's data, but users can change the date range. Some reports also offer a comparison report option that allows users to compare a vehicle to another vehicle, a group of vehicles or the entire fleet. There are also options to filter the data within a report. For example, if users want to see only certain tractors or a certain model year, they can enter that information. Within the maintenance report, users can see all maintenance costs, which can be filtered by date or by the type of repair.
Users can save filtered reports to come in and look at them later. Reports can be exported as a PDF or tables can be downloaded into Excel for further analysis. Several reports can be scheduled in advance.
Pull In Even More Information
Penske customers can integrate their telematics devices to pull even more information into Fleet Insight, such as vehicle locations, vehicle data and engine fault codes. The additional information can help expedite roadside assistance, enable predictive maintenance and streamline fuel tax reporting.
