HOW TO

Submit Mileage

Depending on your contract, your units may incur a mileage charge and/or an hourly charge for refrigerated units. Penske automatically calculates your approximate distance driven and reefer hours used (if applicable), at the end of each billing cycle.

You are welcome to review and edit these calculations via the Distance and Hours Billing feature in Fleet Insight™:

  1. Log in to Fleet Insight.
  2. Click on "Distance and Hours" in the menu.
  3. When the review period is open (as indicated near the top of the list on this page), you can input "ending odometer" mileage by simply typing in the updated mileage, then hitting "save" in the upper right.
