HOW TO

Set Up Automatic Reporting in Fleet Insight

Pulling fleet data reports on a regular cadence can be time consuming. To help customers save time, Penske allows for the ability to set up automatic reporting.

Setting up and scheduling automatic reporting of your fleet information:

  1. Log in to Fleet Insight™ and navigate to the Reports page.
  2. Select the report you would like to schedule.
  3. Filter the data to best meet your requirements, and select save filters (You can expand filtering options by clicking the "open filters" button).
  4. To automate reports, click the "schedule" button next to the report and determine the format and frequency you would like to receive the report.
