HOW TO

Review 24/7 History in Fleet Insight

Keep track of what road calls your vehicles have been involved in and gain visibility into any potential down time.

How to view your fleet's 24/7 history:

  1. Log in to Fleet Insight™.
  2. Select "24/7 Roadside Assistance" in the menu.
  3. Under Road Reports – view recent road calls by toggling between Active or Completed calls.
  4. Select the road call number to see in-depth details of that specific event.
