Invoices in Fleet Insight

Penske has simplified and streamlined our invoicing process. Our invoices now detail all charges in a well-organized, easy-to-understand format.

How to view and read invoices:

Access current and past invoices, 24/7, using Fleet Insight™. You can set up to receive an alert when a new invoice is ready to be viewed and/or downloaded.

  1. Log in to Fleet Insight.
  2. Select Invoicing, located in the left navigation, under Invoicing & Billing.
  3. Select to view PAID, UNPAID or ALL invoices.
  4. Click on the invoice to view the invoice details page.
