Check In for Service via Driver App

Penske offers low-contact service check-in at all Penske locations, using the Penske Driver™ app. The Service Check-In feature makes it easier than ever for drivers to drop off their vehicle for any scheduled repair or preventive maintenance service.

How It Works:

  1. Open the Penske Driver App.
  2. Select the Service Check-in feature and location.
  3. Enter the unit information and reason for service.
  4. Submit check-in information and complete key drop off.
